Job Description

  • Working as the front line with customers of the company.
  • Involving with the clients to handle them, and making a strong/long-term relationship.
  • Receiving and Following up clients online orders in all phases.
  • Receiving/Replying to all clients calls, emails, social media, and live chat.
  • Interfere to solve/handle any problem happened with the clients and orders.
  • Reporting to the customer service division head.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience on customer service field.
  • Professional in using "Microsoft Office especially Excel, and Internet browsing"
  • Fluent in English, writing, and speaking.
  • Good in email writing.
  • Good in replying to clients.
