Job Description
- Working as the front line with customers of the company.
- Involving with the clients to handle them, and making a strong/long-term relationship.
- Receiving and Following up clients online orders in all phases.
- Receiving/Replying to all clients calls, emails, social media, and live chat.
- Interfere to solve/handle any problem happened with the clients and orders.
- Reporting to the customer service division head.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience on customer service field.
- Professional in using "Microsoft Office especially Excel, and Internet browsing"
- Fluent in English, writing, and speaking.
- Good in email writing.
- Good in replying to clients.
