Job Description
- Take full ownership of the district and its commercial success.
- Leads a high-performing team of medical delegates; provides coaching and feedback aligned to Sales Functional Competencies; inspires delegates to meet and exceed Sales objectives.
- Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing district sales information and recommendations.
- Builds effective and efficient customer relationships; identifies and works closely with the most significant customers in the Area.
- Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results.
- Works within ethical and compliance policies and creates a culture that ensures all communications are clear throughout organizational hierarchy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy, Veterinary or Science.
- Work experience as a District Sales Manager is fundamental.
- Illustrate coaching & leadership essentials, demonstrated in efficient implementation of business plans lead to achievement.
- Dynamic inner-drive reflected on obvious accountability and autonomy.
