Job Description
- Prepare and follow the capex monthly cash flow forecast by currency.
- Ensure that all capex purchase orders are linked with a project or capex number.
- Tracking the expenditures of the organization related to fixed assets.
- Prepare a monthly capex report to relevant executives showing the actual ordered, booked, paid versus budget.
- Assist the financial controller in the monthly reporting package preparation &submission to the region.
- Assist in the annual forecast and budget preparation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Multinational Manufacturing in a similar role.
- Experience of fixed assets ERP module preferably AX.
- HFM Experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PPs, and outlook).
- Excellent command of English.
