Job Description
- Attend full time call center shifts (6 days a week)
- Answer incoming telephone calls (call center) to identify the identity of the caller to accurately filter and categorize the type and nature of the request by:
- Interviewing the caller
- Verifying information
- Determining eligibility of the caller by comparing caller’s information v/s requirements
- Provide information to callers by explaining procedures and answering questions
- Respond to queries
- Manage complaints
- Trouble shoot significant customer service problems
- Provide general information
- Maintain internal communication by reporting problems and following up resolutions for those problems
- Work on individual projects that involve performing outbound calls according to business needs
Job Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or preferable 1 year Call Centre background
- Languages/Level: Arabic/ English (Very Good)
- Quick Learner
- Can work under pressure
- Multi tasker
