Job Description

  • Attend full time call center shifts (6 days a week)
  • Answer incoming telephone calls (call center) to identify the identity of the caller to accurately filter and categorize the type and nature of the request by:
  • Interviewing the caller
  • Verifying information
  • Determining eligibility of the caller by comparing caller’s information v/s requirements
  • Provide information to callers by explaining procedures and answering questions
  • Respond to queries
  • Manage complaints
  • Trouble shoot significant customer service problems
  • Provide general information
  • Maintain internal communication by reporting problems and following up resolutions for those problems
  • Work on individual projects that involve performing outbound calls according to business needs

Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate or preferable 1 year Call Centre background
  • Languages/Level: Arabic/ English (Very Good)
  • Quick Learner
  • Can work under pressure
  • Multi tasker
