Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Responsible to lead and supervise the sales team, to achieve the assigned sales targets and to increase the market share with regards to the assigned product portfolio.
  • Managing an independent business and therefore should have both sales and marketing experience.
  • Implement the sales and marketing strategy in the assigned territory.
  • Ensure achievement of Sales targets.
  • Increase market share and correct product positioning.
  • Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the activities of the sales team reporting unto him.
  • A proper prospective system in order to ensure that all customer contacts are followed up and converted into effective sales.
  • Responsible to ensure high morale and motivation of his sales team.
  • Works closely with the sales team to communicate plans and monitor implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with MBA or B. Sc. with marketing specialization from a reputed institute.
  • At least 8-10 years sales and marketing experience in IT Hardware industry is a must
  • We are looking for a talented, Enthusiastic, technology focused developer to join our team.
  • Influencing, persuading, negotiating and Hard worker.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent level of speaking & Written English Communication Skills, Computer Literate.
  • Knowledge of using HP computers
