Job Description

  • Oversight transportation equipment and personnel operated vehicles
  • Coordinate without side companies that provides transportation services.
  • Apply all legal and governmental regulations and safety procedures
  • Schedule daily and weekly routs
  • Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
  • Responsible for database records and Vehicles /Bus legal documents
  • Generate bus/trips reports and statistics from database.
  • Responsible for managing databases that detail transport activities , financial accounting , employee schedules and personnel records
  • Manage financial aspects of the Transportation division, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
  • Prepare financial budgets and presenting proposals for capital projects to senior executives.
  • Ensure the proper disbursement and accounting of funds.
  • Monitor and report on transportation costs
  • Research and suggest cost – effective transporting methods.
  • Ensure that the team is equipped with the requisite knowledge.
  • Manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisals.
  • Manage Transportation department evaluation, guidance, discipline and discharge.
  • Develop the Transportation staff / Drivers to meet the changing needs of users, groups and offices and varying staff strengths
  • Manage financial aspects of the Transportation division, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
  • Prepare financial budgets and presenting proposals for capital projects to senior executives.

  • Enforce Sinai University Polices and Regulations.
  • Develop and implement Policies and procedures aligned with governmental regulations to insure that all safety procedures and standards are achieved.
  • Responsible of staying current with various regulations including employee safety , maintenance , repair and replacement of vehicles

Job Requirements

  • ICDL , Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Mechanical spare parts
  • Knowledge of Legal issues, Government regulations, Safety procedures.
  • Knowledge of Geography and mathematics
  • Problem solving skills
