Director of Sales and Marketing

Main Job Duties:

• Responsible for managing, supervising and leading the function of sales, marketing, customer relationship and business development
• Build sustainable customer relationships
• Prepare and implement an efficient and profitable Sales and Marketing plans
• Promote Company positioning
• Manages sales & marketing costs and budgets
• Design and develop effective promotion plans and marketing material
• Create and manage a calendar of events
• Manage and monitoring social media and ecommerce
• Grasp local and international business opportunities.
• Deliver and meet sales targets
• Research, analyze market and customers’ information
• Support the product orientation and company branding, etc.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
