Job Description
- Handling communication and execution of corporate affairs and constitutional issues.
- Administrative Responsibilities.
- Translate, Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
- Translate, Prepare, review and modify contractual implements to assist and support various business activities.
- Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time
- Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
Job Requirements
- License of Law
- Member of the bar Association Egypt
- 2-3 years of experience
- Car owner
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, including gathering information from internal and external sources.
