- Search for new markets and new clients
- Analyze the markets needs
- Contact them in way the persuade the new clients to trust the company
- Present the company products in a manner that fulfill the clients satisfaction
- Manage the selling process
- Follow up the order and the procedures
- Get the customer feedback
- Make sure that the client and the company everyone receives its goods VS the money required
- Keep record of sales trends
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Job Requirements
- Graduated from a related filed
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills to interact with clients effectively and avoid any misconceptions
- Accurate, attentive and able to concentrate under pressure
- Good team player and able to coordinate with people effectively
- Effective skill in planning and negotiation
- Knowledge about different geographical locations and routes
- Expert problem solving skills
- Knowledge about various foreign languages (preferable).
- knowledge about international trade laws
- Perfect time management skills (Able to have flexible working hours (specially Holidays))
- Computer skills and efficient in working on various required software applications.
