Job Description
- Lead a team of 10 QC Engineers
- Manage Manual and Automation testing tasks including communication with internal and external teams
- Plan, review and execute manual and automation tests
- Handle production issues with internal and external teams
- Review, analyze and discuss new requirements/changes with product owners
- Attend sprint planning meetings, assign and review tasks and estimations
- Review manual and automated test plans for potential automation, application
- Inspire a positive work environment and help champion quality, innovation, teamwork and service to the business
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ proven experience in the same field.
- 6+ years of QC experience
- 3+ years of development or automated test programming experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Automation testing using Selenium with cucumber (preferred)
- Strong SQL knowledge
