Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk through the problem-solving process
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Responsible of handling system support activities for our customers.

Job Requirements

  • 0 - 3 years of successful experience in IT Help Desk
  • support website hosting and email hosting
  • A thorough understanding of hardware and software used by the company
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server as well as networking concepts and fundamentals
  • Previous experience working with Active Directory and Office 365
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills are required.
  • Good attendance and punctuality required.
  • A familiarity with networking concepts and computer server systems.
  • Knowledge of Linux web hosting routers, switches, and firewalls preferred
  • Ability to schedule tasks, multitask, and works well under pressure.
  • Must be able to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.
  • Virtualization Applications like Citrix, VMWare, and Hyper-V
  • Analytical skills.
