- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance over the phone or email
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk through the problem-solving process
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Responsible of handling system support activities for our customers.
Job Requirements
- 0 - 3 years of successful experience in IT Help Desk
- support website hosting and email hosting
- A thorough understanding of hardware and software used by the company
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server as well as networking concepts and fundamentals
- Previous experience working with Active Directory and Office 365
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills are required.
- Good attendance and punctuality required.
- A familiarity with networking concepts and computer server systems.
- Knowledge of Linux web hosting routers, switches, and firewalls preferred
- Ability to schedule tasks, multitask, and works well under pressure.
- Must be able to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.
- Virtualization Applications like Citrix, VMWare, and Hyper-V
- Analytical skills.
