Job Description
- Participate in establishing, maintaining, auditing an integrated QHSE culture, QHSE management system and keep guaranteeing their sustainability.
- Ensure meeting all management system requirements of customers, ISO 14001, 9001 & 18001.
- Control documented information of the company integrated management system.
- Prepare audit, control plan, conduct MS audits, issue NCRs, participate in RCA in addition to corrective and preventive actions follow up.
- Participate in hazard identifications and risk assessments for all the materials, infrastructures, processes and products to identify any gap with legal and industrial QHSE requirements.
- Work on eliminating, substituting and controlling potential Hazards.
- Suggest, create, evaluate and manage all the needed engineering, administrative or PPE controls to assure their effectiveness.
- Develop/ provide/track QHSE coaching, mentoring and kaizen activities to assure both the safest mind set and working conditions.
- Coach new employees and subcontractors regarding the QHSE rules applicable to the job they will carry out.
- Prepare emergency plans, evacuation plans and execute periodic drills.
- Advise site leadership on QHSE related matters and intervene on unsafe acts and potential violations of QHSE practices.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of Experience in quality & safety profession in an industrial environment (preferably in mass production).
- Excellent knowledge of QHSE legal and industrial requirements.
- Good command of dealing with machine technology, MS office and English language.
- Auditing, Communication & presentation skills.
- Details oriented, Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a hard environment.
