Job Description
- Expand the network of instructors and subject matter experts for almentor.net through communication and market research
- Communicate with different training centers, certification institutes and universities to prepare for the right partnership model
- Develop well-structured proposals for business models with content providers; follow up on partnership agreements from inception till execution
- Handle partners questions, inquiries and issues with the highest level of professionalism
- Schedule daily / weekly calls with subject matter experts to create and develop partnerships
- Interact with mentors and stakeholders to resolve their issues
- Conduct market research to locate the right content and relevant subject matter experts
- Generate all KPIs related to learners and mentors communication flow
- Collect, record, and analyze data from a variety of sources to construct meaningful statistics to inform and guide product and marketing teams
- Participate in the execution of online marketing campaigns for partnerships when needed
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Prior experience in Technology, B2C platforms and e-Learning organizations
- Good knowledge of training delivery techniques
- Experience with instructional design methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of project management skills and mindset
