Job Description
- Manage, train and motivate sales team
- Budgeting and target allocation for the sales team.
- Organizing weekly sales meetings to analyze sales reports, to solve challenges faced by the sales team and to ensure they achieve monthly targets.
- Handles and manage corporate key accounts directly
- Lead and plan meetings, demonstrations and presentations to show capabilities and to demonstrate value based solutions for customers.
- Manage proposals for solutions and projects ensuring that they are accurate, technically verified, competitively priced, submitted on time and offer customer solutions that highlight customer business benefits
- Effective correspondence and communication with logistic, stores and finance team
- Ensure payment collection and timely delivery
Job Requirements
- Preferably engineering back ground.
- At least 10 years experience in selling high tech equipment particularly printing, copying machines.
- Good command of English and CRM software.
- Professional in team management and motivation.
- Marketing background and PR abilities.
