About the Job
  • Manage, train and motivate sales team
  • Budgeting and target allocation for the sales team.
  • Organizing weekly sales meetings to analyze sales reports, to solve challenges faced by the sales team and to ensure they achieve monthly targets.
  • Handles and manage corporate key accounts directly
  • Lead and plan meetings, demonstrations and presentations to show capabilities and to demonstrate value based solutions for customers.
  • Manage proposals for solutions and projects ensuring that they are accurate, technically verified, competitively priced, submitted on time and offer customer solutions that highlight customer business benefits
  • Effective correspondence and communication with logistic, stores and finance team
  • Ensure payment collection and timely delivery
Job Requirements
  • Preferably engineering back ground.
  • At least 10 years experience in selling high tech equipment particularly printing, copying machines.
  • Good command of English and CRM software.
  • Professional in team management and motivation.
  • Marketing background and PR abilities.
