Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Thoughtful daily output for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin and Instagram
- Daily engagement with the communities
- Create Ads, analysis on Facebook and instagram
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules and ads plan
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Identify opportunities and innovative ideas for applying new technologies, digital products, and services to online campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments ( Graphics, customer relations, Marketing, Medical etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in social media management is required.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram.
- Good, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Good knowledge of social media engagement.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Arabic good in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Drive. Microsoft office
- Strong organizational and coordination and office support skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
