Job Description

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Thoughtful daily output for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin and Instagram
  • Daily engagement with the communities
  • Create Ads, analysis on Facebook and instagram
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules and ads plan
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Identify opportunities and innovative ideas for applying new technologies, digital products, and services to online campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments ( Graphics, customer relations, Marketing, Medical etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in social media management is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram.
  • Good, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Good knowledge of social media engagement.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Arabic good in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Drive. Microsoft office
  • Strong organizational and coordination and office support skills.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team.
