Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements.
  • Process recruitment process (sourcing, filtering, scheduling interviews, interview candidates and shortlist them)
  • Cultivate training and development programs.
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Records, maintains and monitors attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
  • Handles social insurances issues.
  • Updates employees’ data sheets.
  • Process hiring and resignation procedures.
  • Registers employee's vacation.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned.
  • Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records (attendance, etc.).
  • Provides an effective and efficient support to the Management in all aspects of administration including preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate, plan and execute meetings or events.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the office.
  • Handles medical insurances issues.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor degree
  • English: fluent
  • Experience: 2-4 years
  • Preferably who has experience in the software field
