Responsibilities:
- Refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements.
- Process recruitment process (sourcing, filtering, scheduling interviews, interview candidates and shortlist them)
- Cultivate training and development programs.
- Participate in performance evaluation processes.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Records, maintains and monitors attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Handles social insurances issues.
- Updates employees’ data sheets.
- Process hiring and resignation procedures.
- Registers employee's vacation.
- Handle other tasks as assigned.
- Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records (attendance, etc.).
- Provides an effective and efficient support to the Management in all aspects of administration including preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate, plan and execute meetings or events.
- Manage the day to day operations of the office.
- Handles medical insurances issues.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor degree
- English: fluent
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Preferably who has experience in the software field
