Job Description

  • This is a preparation or the first phase of a bigger managing position whichever is Operation Management or General Management.
  • It’s an operations manager's job to make sure an organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.

Main Duties:

  • Help applying and following up short term plans and long term plans of different projects of Shisan.
  • Help executing and all the managerial tasks related to most of the non-technical issues (customer care, team care, decision making and problem solving).
  • Help setting and editing managing systems for our projects.
  • Help the CEO executing what is best for the company.
  • Be the front image and first handling line for our customers and business/projects partners.
  • Help following up with our accounting and insurance related tasks.
  • Stabilize the company management state to be able to run if the CEO is away for a month for example. We should reach this state by 6 months maybe.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Engineering and project management back ground is preferable.
  • Secretarial and assistance experience is preferable.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Dealing with e-mails, preparing contracts, and revising/supervising legal papers should be easy.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to attend outdoor meetings when there is a need to.
  • Ability to represent our company in exhibitions and conferences.
