Job Description
- Fixed assets Control (Booking ,Depreciation , Disposal ,Reconciliation, Yearly Physical Count)
- Allocate ,book & control the actual cost Vrs forecasted of the imported material and local
- Responsible for reconcile the accounts of (Customs ,Clearance, Offloading ,etc.)
- Petty Cash Cairo Booking
- Freight invoices booking and allocation
- Balance sheet reconciliation & analysis
- DHL Handling & Booking on monthly basis
- Third Parties Payment Preparation
- Responsible for all kind of Taxes (Following with the tax inspector and provide the managements with the further reports and calculate the further provisions
- Participate in the monthly closing process
- Responsible for accounting entries related to material costs, and entering them to the accounting system
Job Requirements
- Bsc. degree of Commerce - Accounting Department - Preferred English Section
- Good Communication Skills
- Very Good in English
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, word....)
