Main Job Duties:
- Facilitates the implementation of SAP SD/CRM module to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
- Customizing the respective business area and making sure the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints of the requested use case.
- Investigate and solve technical problems.
- Develop necessary modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
- Takes care that proper training is given to the users and that the system is usable, performing appropriately and the business flow is complete and correct.
- Prepare test scripts for testing the configured scenarios.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English Language skills
- Education : Bachelor of Any Discipline
- (Preferred) ERP Diploma /CRM courses /SAP certification
- Experience: More than 3 year of experience in SD/CRM (at least 1 full cycle implementations)
- Languages: Arabic mother language
