Job Description
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Achieve quarterly quotas of leads assigned to him or her.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Job Requirements
- Excellent super fluent English language.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills a must.
- Working Shift is based on the US Eastern Time Zone.
- Self-directed problem solver with a demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize
- Listening skills—proven experience listening to customer feedback and adjusting to meet needs
- Minimum of 2 years proven success in inside sales of advertising or services
- Digital, software sales/service experience
- Experience in relationship-based selling
- Experience in developing new business from prospects as well as existing customer base
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrated ability to use online tools, CRM software, and MS Office
