Job Description
- Build a database for all customers who have been dealt with and update it
- Receive requests by phone or from Walk in clients
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our services.
- Will be involved in secretarial tasks; sending and receiving mail, handling ongoing and outgoing calls, faxes, etc.
- Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes of meeting)
- Assist office members with any administrative work needed.
- Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
- Daily follow-up with different departments.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
- Responsible for receiving and welcoming company guests.
- Manage the day to day operations of the office.
- Respond to public inquiries
- Handle other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Very Good English is a must.
