Job Description

  • Build a database for all customers who have been dealt with and update it
  • Receive requests by phone or from Walk in clients
  • Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our services.
  • Will be involved in secretarial tasks; sending and receiving mail, handling ongoing and outgoing calls, faxes, etc.
  • Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes of meeting)
  • Assist office members with any administrative work needed.
  • Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
  • Daily follow-up with different departments.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
  • Responsible for receiving and welcoming company guests.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the office.
  • Respond to public inquiries
  • Handle other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Good Communication, Customer Service and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
  • Very Good English is a must.
  • High degree.
  • Live near to Nasr City.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • Presentable
