Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, Maintain and Control Policies, Procedures and QA Plans.
- Perform QA audit as per of QA plan by using QA checklist.
- Internal Audit (Planning, coordination for successful and timely close out of NCs).
- Document Management, Distribution and Control.
- Documentation and record control.
- Second and third party Audits.
- Coordination for the Management review meeting and data preparation.
- Customer Relationship, Satisfaction and Respond to questionnaire received from customers.
- Work toward deployment of industry standards and best practice.
- ITSMS system administration.
Job Requirements
Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, However relevant computer experience and certifications may substitute for formal education.
- 2-3 years Hands-on experience implementing and administrating ITSMS.
- Hands-on experience MS office and tools.
- Time and stress management skills.
- Reliable, self-starting and self-motivating,
- Flexible and is able to work overtime or out of Regular working hours.
- Good verbal & written English communication skills.
- Preferences : At least one of the following certifications:
- o ISO 20000 Implementer
- o ISO 27001 Implementer
- o ITIL
