Job Description

  • Executes all activities related to customer satisfaction according to management’s plan and system.
  • Performs all post sales follow up calls.
  • Performs all pre-service and post service follow up calls.
  • Performs all service reminder calls for each service timing.
  • Answers all incoming customers phone calls according to company standard
  • Answers all calls and receives all customer complaints.
  • Analyzes customer complaints.
  • Determines the department or individual or even technical problem for the complaint.
  • Determines the department or individual for handling the complaint & Closes the complaint.
  • Handles and solves complaints if within the authority of CR.
  • Monitors all customer complaints derived from Parts, Accessories, Service or any other department
  • Contacts and builds relations with current and new customers.
  • Updates customer’s data and scheduling it.
  • Performs a survey concerning parts and accessories prices and report to Customer Service Manager.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction regarding all aspects; treatment, lounge cleanliness, buffet services …etc.
  • Upraises all technical reports to the Customer Service Manager & Service Center Manager.
  • Monitors a daily & Weekly & monthly reports of all complaints – even solved ones – to Customer Service Manager & Service Center Manager.
  • Follow up with all of our main service centers & authorized service centers to collect customer data who interacted with them
  • Make a Daily & weekly & monthly reports of all interaction with all of our service centers
  • Work on solving all incoming customers’ complaints from the authorized service centers and main branches.
