Job Description
- Decide the number of packages to sell based on each season.
- Design the packages based on seasonality and targeted customers.
- Drawing up complicated travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met.
- Making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities.
- Advising the customer about travel issues including required documentation and financial matters, such as appropriate exchange rates.
- Evaluating customers’ holidays and issuing appropriate feedback forms.
- Work closely with the marketing specialist, and web designer to promote the packages.
- make agreements on service levels, contracts, and costs.
- Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
- Product pricing in order to create profit.
- Work with the marketing specialist & web designer to create online brochures.
- Work with the marketing specialist and web designer to create online advertising.
- Work with finance on the process of payment and invoice handling.
- Creating a sales forecast and predicting profit.
- Responsible to hire a team to support the department based on the business need.
- Create a P & L report.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of key holiday destinations.
- Bachelor degree in any filed.
- Knowledge of Tourism Terminologies.
- Solid knowledge of Aviation & hotels industry.
- Knowledge of GDS is a plus but not a must.
- Experience in Customer service.
- Solid experience in package creation – tour operator experience.
- Creation of tailored made special packages.
- Have MICE experience.
- Previous Experience in an online travel field is a plus.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- A business diploma or degree is a plus.
- Maximum age 37.
