Maintain the active directory and file share by adding permissions for the users and control the hardware to be aligned with the policies.
Maintain the efficiency of the antivirus by setup the antivirus to the users, applying new updates and solve the updates accompanied problems.
Maintain stable Network connection between the 3 plants and Branches by applying the new firmware to the devices, test regularly the backup connection and solve any related problems.
Maintain the internet lines in the branches and head office and ensuring continuous connection between the plants and the branches by following up with the servers providers to solve any problems and swap between to 3G backup internet lines for the branches.
Maintain the wireless coverage across the plants and the branches by adding new access points, expand the coverage, add new users and maintain the guests’ wireless network. (5%)
Maintain the internet lines in the branches and head office and ensuring continuous connection between the plants and the branches by following up with the service providers to solve any problems and swap between to 3G backup internet lines for the branches.
Maintain the VOIP (IP phones) system by expanding the extension’s size and solve any related problems.
Control the internet access through the Astaro gateway (UTM) to ensure the internet security.
Maintain the user remote access network (SSL) by adding new users and provide the access tools.
