Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Collecting, analysis, and summarize department reports
- Monitoring the warehouse stocks.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Monitor the material requirement planning according to average monthly consumption rate.
- Making procurement forecast for 3 months to be reviewed and confirmed monthly.
- Define technical specs of needed row material with our Supply chain Manager.
- Review sourcing material with the team and finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
- Follow up material delivery and shipping details.
- Strategically material planning and proceed purchase orders.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Planning/purchasing experience or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Oracle experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively & efficiently in a high volume, fast pace environment.
- Demonstrated organization skills/ability to keep exact and detailed records.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building relationships, keeping others pro-actively informed.
