Job Description

  • Organize and manage the Mgr.’s diary and weekly calendar.
  • Organizing & schedule meetings/appointments appropriately & making minutes of meeting.
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Mgr. such as typing & preparing correspondences ( letters / faxes / emails / memos) .
  • Maintain Mgr.’s filling system in orderly and efficient manner .
  • Follow-up on pending issues/actions ,feedback to Mgr. accordingly .
  • Manage the travel arrangements such as booking airline tickets and hotel accommodation , traveling itinerary…etc.
  • Prepare reports & documentation as directed by the Mgr.
  • Receive /route customers calls and handle all incoming and out coming calls professionally & efficiently.
  • Recording & distributing the company’s correspondences.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience
