Job Description
- Preparing production plan and oversee all production process
- Decide what resources are required, Maximize the factory performance and minimize any delays
- Handle all the production team and (job orders, work standards, processes flow, inspection reports)
- Increasing production and minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, budgeting, etc…)
- Implementing health and safety procedures in the company's regulations.
- Prepare, analyze and issue the production and performance reports.
- Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and factory administration
Job Requirements
- Experience in Wood Manufacturing.
- Experience 10–15 Years with 5 years of Experience as Production Manager
- Background: Production, Mechanical engineering
- Ability to design manufacturing processes and machinery
- Able to communicate in both Arabic and English
- Coaching & leadership, communication skills
- Problem solving and team building skills and capable of dealing with labor and workers
