SR. ERP TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT:
- Customized Forms, Reports various modules, migrated opening balances / other data and implemented major modules of AX 2012 R3 ERP e.g. Finance, Trade, Inventory, Sales, and Payroll.Collecting the end user-requirements for ERP and executed the agile approach to resolve the issues.Conducted AX 2012 R3 Technical and Functional training to IT department and end-users.Upgraded the custom code and SSRS reports for Regional Saudi Payroll, Rental and maintenance modules from AX 2012 R2 to R3 CU9.Streamlined the IT and ERP issue resolutions, project management and internal communication by implementing open-source systems such as helpdesk system, open-project/scrum plugin project management server and open-fire conferencing server respectively.Developing company website.
- Responsible for creating, improving and developing IT policies, procedures and project strategies.
