Job Description

  • Manage a team of contact center Representatives & their KPIs.
  • Monitor calls & perform coaching sessions to ensure that procedures and quality standards are highly applied.
  • Conduct regular reviews of Team's performance and organize training sessions for under performers.
  • Hold weekly meetings to discuss team's current status.
  • Set proper action plans to tackle employees Weaknesses.
  • Schedule and organize shift patterns for each team member.
  • Submit regular reports to management and seek new strategies to improve performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience 1-3 years in same title.
  • Communication skills.
