Job Description
- Conduct market research, gather information, identify event opportunities and generate interest
- Event planning, design, and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
- Responsible for managing all aspects , which including event planning, activity design, implementation and supervision of all activity process
- Participate in planning of all internal business activities
- Maintain good relationship with the media to promote events and news coverage
- Able to independently conceive, conduct and propose all branding and marketing plans; public relation campaigns and promotional plans
- Responsible for the work assignment of team members, coordinating with colleagues of all other departments to maximize work efficiency and to accomplish the whole project
- Monitor the pace of all events based on the operational plans, and the schedule of monthly and quarterly online & offline activities
