Job Description
- Quality monitors are distributed to various production departments in addition to assigning to some persons the sorting and detection of defects outside the unit
- All departments within the sector ensure that production is not interrupted due to quality procedures, improve the work process, monitor the performance of its managers and ensure compliance with the required standards such as procedures and methods of screening and sorting products at various stages of production and through the sections to get the product to the highest possible quality .
- Put the daily practical procedures within the production units with the participation of the production department to finish defects in the product (internal quality defects).
- Modify and develop quality systems that reduce defects within the production divisions during the production and thus the final product and publish and train the production workers and quality on the new systems as well as any new procedures are developed.
- Modern methods are used to present quality problems, solutions and results, preventive methods within the production departments and how to present them to the head of the sector.
- Analyzes customer complaints received from the marketing and sales department and know the cause of production defects and informs the official and works to avoid them and make sure not repeat them in the future. When reviewing the problems and inquiries of customers.
- General instructions are given to warehouse workers on how to stack goods, secure storage methods and maintain products from breakage .
- Analyzing Information , Reporting Research Results, Technical Understanding, Promoting Process Improvement, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Supports Innovation, Quality Engineering, Operations Research .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering Major :Mechanical (Production, Industrial Engineering)
- 3-5 overall experience.
- Manual dexterity and familiarity with quality testing tools and procedures .
- Lean manufacturing - six sigma .
- Strong Potential for Leadership.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent Analytical thinking and Problem solving methodology.
