Job Description
- A leading Hospital Accreditation from Joint Commission International (JCI) seeking to hire:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for:
- All of the Human Resources functions of the hospital, supporting the Administrator/CEO and other senior leaders of the hospital in personnel related issues
- Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- HR Diploma / MBA is a must
- SHRM, HRCI Certificate is preferred
- 15 years of experience in the HR field, At least 5 years of experience as HR Manger, preferred in healthcare
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - SAP experience is preferred.
- Fluent in English Language
- Excellent in Computer Skills
- Age not more than 50 years
