About the Job

Job Description and responsibilities:

  • Handle technical support inquiries related to Etisalat services
  • Promoting new products and devices to customers through different portals (Calls, chats, and emails)
  • Solving technical product issues and questions that our customers, resellers and personnel report to us. You will communicate directly with them using phone, ticketing system and remote tools
  • Keeping customers happy with prompt responses and excellent communication
  • Reporting product issues to development
  • Coordinating with different teams to solve issues in a timely manner
