Job Description

  • Promote valU’s products and services with specific KPI’s to create traffic at the point-of-purchase.
  • Utilize advertisements and promotions to attract clients to register and use the service/product.
  • Act as a focal contact point with clients: provide: service awareness, client registration, client verification, service activation, problem resolution, etc.
  • Responsible for the booth operations including:
  1. Tracking and reporting the number of daily walk-in clients and assessing conversion ratios.
  2. Promoting valU’s products and services proactively.
  3. Distributing product samples, brochures and flyers to secure new sales opportunities.
  4. Identifying and assessing client interests, needs and satisfaction.
  5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • On-board valU clients and finalize their end-to-end limit activation process including:
  1. Client orientation.
  2. Client verification.
  3. Client application finalization.
  4. Client documentation review.
  5. Client limit activation on the Profitto system.
  6. Client app and vendors’ on-boarding and demonstration.
  7. Handle all clients’ inquiries regarding:
  8. valU’s products and services.
  9. Digital platforms.
  10. Questions regarding merchants (e.g. addresses) or sales transactions.
  11. Promotions and offers.
  12. Payment options.
  13. valU’s B2C product details or functionality.
  • Track the registration rates and periodically report service activation rates.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0-2 years of internship experience in events, sales and promoting products and services.
  • Able to understand clients’ needs and handle different types of personalities.
  • Possess strong client-handling skills.
  • Good command of Arabic and English.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
  • Detail oriented; ensure deliverables are always of a high quality.
  • Flexibility in handling new tasks (relocate to different booths based on demand).
  • Able to build partnerships and work well in teams.
  • Can generate creative solutions and has the courage to make necessary decisions.
  • Ensure deliverable are always of a high quality.

Any other tasks required within the general scope of the department
