Job Description
- Monitor the financial progress.
- Computer operating fixed and variable costs and compare such costs to budgets.
- Report periodic financial statements to a company's finance chief and ensure that accounting procedures and systems are adequate and functional.
- Provide up to date costing sheet on all ongoing projects.
- Monitor and process daily expenses.
- Input general entries and control changes.
- Responsible for fixed assets accounting.
- Assist and control of daily petty cash
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
- Sap or Oracle or Microsoft Dynamic user is a huge advantage.
- Minimum experience required is 3-5 years in the same field.
- Have strong attention to details and an investigative nature.
- Have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Able to make quick but rational decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Have analytical skills.
