Job Description
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due customers.
- Count money in cash drawers at beginning of shifts to ensure the amounts are correct and there is adequate change.
- Greet customers entering establishments.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
- Identify prices of goods
- Resolve customers complaints.
- Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
Job Requirements
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, etc)
- Strong communication and time management skills
