About the Job

Job Scope:

  • Responsible for the overall operation and availability of enterprise infrastructure and Systems. Identify and recommend areas for improving operational efficiency.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain health and availability of enterprise server’s infrastructure systems.
  • Create and execute repeatable maintenance and monitoring procedures for infrastructure hardware and Operating systems.
  • Implement infrastructure hardware and software as defined by infrastructure team.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure team on identifying improvements to the environment.
  • Physical installation and cabling of infrastructure hardware.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of detailed technical experience with operational support in an enterprise level production environment.
  • A previous Experience in application server and web server such as ( tomcat / Apache / IIS / Web-sphere )
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise systems.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Products
  • Experience with visualization technologies (VMWare) is a plus.
  • Extensive Servers operating systems troubleshooting
  • Basic experience with Cisco routing and switching (CCNA certified)
