Job Description
- Assist the department manager and the project manager to determine the target cost of the project;
- Constitute effective cost control methods and carry out the promotion to all departments of the consortium;
- Participate in civil and electromechanical bidding and review;
- Negotiation and signing of construction subcontract, electromechanical equipment and material purchase contract;
- Supervise and implement the cost control implementation of the consortium, report the cost control situation and problem to the department manager in time, and propose the solution;
- Audit Project execution cost report and project budget final account;
- Responsible for other special work assigned by department manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in construction engineering, cost, budget or the related majors;
- With registered cost or Cost Engineer qualification is preferred;
- Familiar with overseas engineering cost methods, ability to control the English quotation form, have strong data analysis, settlement (final settlement) audit processing capacity.
