Job Description
Position Summary:
- Responsible for managing the pulling and packing of materials and arrange appropriate transportation.
- Among the tasks that might need to be completed in this responsibility include freight consolidation, cost analysis, routing and scheduling.
- He is responsible for tracking shipments to ensure that they arrive on time and that shipment delivery processes adhere to any pertinent regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers for purchasing, vendors, or freight forwarders (shipping lines) for logistics. To get the best rates and service, continuously searching for shorter transit time and reliable service.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws and regulations
- Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize service promotion.
- Creating marketing campaigns
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their customers.
- Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
- Developing and implementing an internal marketing program.
- Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Job Requirements
- +2 year experience in the same field
- Proven record on handling big import orders of low value commodity
- Females only
- Marketing and Imports experience is a must
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office
- Good command of English
