Job Description
- Monitor the filing system
- Monitor the monthly reports
- Perform a range of secretarial tasks including receiving and screening telephone calls, e-mails, memorandum, and faxes in & out, translation as well as typing letters (Arabic – English) to efficiently organize the daily office
- Organize meeting and calendars through maintaining a calendar of appointments, prepare daily agenda, and remind Chairman with scheduled commitments to ensure better organization and time management.
- Organize business meetings including preparing agenda, materials for the meeting, take minutes and keep records of proceeding in order to facilitate implementation follow up.
- Handle expenditure and stationary needs
- Perform another related work assignment according to Manager.
Job Requirements
- BSC of Accounting
- Good English
