Job Description
- Handling and managing daily bookings. (Inbound reservations and domestic ones).
- Identify and attend customers, and review and ensure a complete understanding of rental parameters. (Reservation, Vehicle Type, Rate, Rental dates and time).
- Responsible of providing the highest quality of customer service by answering customers’ questions and provide assistance based on each customer needs and requests and ensure a smooth rental experience.
- Explain and ensure a full understanding of ECEG Terms & Conditions.
- Develop customer base and also focusing on the retention of existing customers.
- Self-awareness of products, pricing information and Insurances.
- Responsible of opening & closing contracts in a proper way, as well as renewals and over dues.
- Prepare and collect all needed documents for rental agreement opening, such as required licenses, Passport copy, and Credit card ….etc.
- Recommend and cross-sell Extras products and services to the customer (Domestic Insurance, GPS, Child Seat…etc)
- Compute and collect rental payments and adjust rental items to meet the customer needs.
- Enter and maintain rental information in operation system (Rentway).
- Keep records of cash transactions, balance money in station retrieve amount of money collected during the shift, complete deposit slip and place money in safe.
- Make sure the system is up to date.
- Assure proper documentation as per law and company policies.
- Offer all customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information and appropriate service information.
- Maintain appearance of rental counters and customer areas to present a neat, orderly and safe condition; ensure counter is stocked with appropriate supplies (Extras) to provide smooth and effective counter service.
- Answer telephones in a professional, friendly, helpful and prompt manner to provide the latest information about rental items, such as availability, rate or operation description.
- Communicate with a customer via email and phone. Reply to their reservation quotes, confirmations and amendments as well as extensions.
- Handover the pending jobs to the next shift.
- Responsible of making Daily Business report
- Complete and submit various reports to the Station Manager and Customer Relations dept.
- Coordinate and communicate with Concierge to arrange customer pick-ups, sending vehicles for cleaning, repairing and fill them with gas.
- Work on behalf of the customer and the company to resolve issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.
- Advise and arrange a solution for customer’s minor problems. Forward major ones to Customer relations department.
- Inspect vehicle in case of relevant staff unavailable.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
- Males Only.
- Very good English Skills.
- Presentable
- Must Have a driving license.
- Flexibility with rotational shifts.
- Flexibility with work locations.
- Good Computer and Typing Skills.
- Having Very good communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, Flexible, and customer oriented person.
- Background in Tourism is a plus
