Job Description
- Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.
- Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
- Report as necessary on changes in standards (internally and externally initiated) and on performance against standards to keep the company updated on all new issues.
- Co-operate with quality management and standards bodies (e.g.,ISO, Government Departments, HSE, etc) to manage staff according to company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc).
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor
- Checking, monitoring and daily production report submitting to higher authority.
Job Requirements
- Textile Background is A must
- Bachelor’s degree in General Chemistry / Manufacturing
- Has a good communication skills
- Can handle a different types of people
