Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and other IT equipment’s
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;\
- In charge of office domain & active directory.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users,
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN, et
- Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation and resolution.
- Responsible for machine backup.
- Responsible for All IT technical Issues
- Flowing company policy and work in all request send from the IT administrator
Job Requirements
- Excellent English Language & communication skills
- B.H or B.Sc in computer science or computer engineering
Preferred to have:
- + CCNA Certificate
- + MSCE Certificate
