About the Job
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and other IT equipment’s
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;\
  • In charge of office domain & active directory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users,
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN, et
  • Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation and resolution.
  • Responsible for machine backup.
  • Responsible for All IT technical Issues
  • Flowing company policy and work in all request send from the IT administrator
Job Requirements
  • Excellent English Language & communication skills
  • B.H or B.Sc in computer science or computer engineering

Preferred to have:

  • + CCNA Certificate
  • + MSCE Certificate
