Job Description
- Search for new suppliers
- Interact with suppliers on a daily basis to resolve transcription issues and gather critical information invoices, tracking.
- Responsible for appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests, and supplier and contract pricing validation for all purchase requests under category management responsibility
- Responsible for managing projects to improve procurement processes
- Receiving purchase orders from departments and checking for the required funds after approval
- The purchase order must be completed in quantities and quantities required
- Search for multiple sources of supply
- Manage the supplier register and update and evaluate their data in accordance with supplier evaluation criteria.
- Manage the processes of studying and analyzing purchase offers and issuing purchase orders.
- Develop the procurement plan and execute the purchase orders of the system according to the timetable and update the purchase order record
- Monitoring the prices of all materials and supplies for the administration, production, and updating of the private register prices.
- Overseeing the movement of inventory to and from warehouses in order to ensure the highest security rates to maintain inventory.
- Ensure that the procedures and instructions for the work of loading and storage operations are followed.
- Conducting a comprehensive survey of the area of workshops, spare parts, and accessories
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 3-4 years of experience.
- Proficiency of the computer & excellent using of MS Office applications.
- Good in English
- Time management skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- 3+ years’ experience in purchasing Preferred FMCG
