- Work with athletes and communicate with them.
- Conduct fitness classes for clients ( Yoga, Zumba, pilates, spinning, les mills ).
- Work with kids and has the ability to train the youth program.
- Maintain good relationships with clients.
- Help the clients achieve their target body goals.
- Provide management with a daily report.
- Supplies the management with reports on customers needs, problems, complaints, interests, activities and their needs for new machines and services.
Job Requirements
- Must be certified or have an experience in the field.
- Bachelor's degree at least.
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Must be optimistic with a cooperative attitude.
- Must be well dressed and presentable.
- Must be patient, good listener and has the ability to share and discuss ideas with other staff members.
- Enjoys working with athletes and people in general.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
