Job Description
- Review daily out-standing reports and follow up orders.
- Communicate and coordinate customers’ orders with internal departments and Export Manager.
- Review the production plan with the plant.
- Revise and provide customers with documents.
- Document management of related forms.
- Order and invoicing data entry
- Tracking Process to ensure on time delivery.
- Prepare required reports and invoices .
- Coordinate with all the teams new and/or outstanding orders.
- Document management of related documents.
- Prepare certificate of origin and receive packaging list to send to customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Fluent French is a Must
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce or relevant field.
- Computer skills – Excellent user of MS applications.
- 5-7 years of experience in back office sales and customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and work loads
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Time Management skills
